Paid services on our platform require selection of a payment plan and accurate payment information submission. You declare and warrant that all provided payment information is correct and that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

You must promptly update your account information through artany.ai or designated payment channels regarding any changes. You agree to make payments according to the selected payment plan and our Terms of Service.

For automatically renewing subscriptions, you authorize artany.ai and its payment processors to charge your payment method periodically in advance according to the applicable plan terms until you terminate your account. For any disputed charges, please notify us within fifteen(15) days of the charge date or within the period required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify service prices. For any price changes, we will provide at least fifteen (15) days' notice through platform announcements, system notifications, email, or other appropriate methods. Continued use of services after effective date constitutes acceptance of revised prices.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the services, excluding taxes levied on the net income of artany.ai.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the frequency specified (monthly by default if not specified) at the current rate. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each new billing cycle.

To prevent future charges, you must cancel your subscription at least seven (7) days before the renewal date through the subscription management page or by emailing [email protected].

Due to the nature of AI-powered art creation services and the associated infrastructure costs, we generally do not offer refunds for purchases or subscriptions. However, we provide a limited number of free credits to allow you to evaluate our service before making a purchase.

By continuing with a paid subscription after the trial period, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.

In the event of a refund dispute, we will conduct a thorough investigation, reviewing all relevant transaction data. We will communicate with you to gather additional information regarding your claim. Based on the evidence, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If a claim is found to be fraudulent, you may be held liable for any associated costs.

To uphold the integrity of our platform, we adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent conduct. We implement diverse strategies to mitigate fraud risks, including:
